Shipping & Delivery

At NevSkins we ship worldwide. If you discover, during the checkout process, that your country is not supported then please contact customer support for help.

Shipping OptionsWe utilise the services of Australia Post for delivery to customers within Australia and for customers outside Australia (including New Zealand) orders are shipped using USPS postal services or UPS; dependent upon location.

A note about customs tariffs: If you live outside Australia your order may be subject to customs duties, tariffs and charges. Our prices do not include custom charges and any such charge, tariff or duty must be borne by the recipient. NevSkins has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

All orders are printed on demand and therefore they are subject to a handling time of up to 10 business days to cover the time spent to process, print, cut, check and package every order. You will be notified when your order has been received and is being processed and again when your order has shipped.

A shipping time estimate will be provided for every order however NevSkins cannot control the Australia Post or USPS postal services so delays to delivery can and sometimes will occur. If the delivery estimate timeframe has passed and your order still has not arrived please contact NevSkins' customer support for assistance.

Tracking is not provided for ordinary mail and airmail articles. If tracking is important to you please upgrade your postage to the trackable option presented to you within the NevSkins checkout.


Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us at NevSkins and we respect your right to privacy and confidentiality. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles and ask that your read our separate Privacy Policy carefully here.

We consider the protection of all personal information we receive from our site visitors and account subscribers as critical. Please be assured that we have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of any personal information we receive from you. As with any transmission over the Internet, however, there is always some element of risk involved in sending personal information.

In order to try to minimize this risk, we encrypt all information that you submit in ordering one of our products or services using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Payments are processed by customers through their bank account to our bank account or through PayPal. This ensures that that NevSkins never receive nor store any banking or credit card information on our website and server/s.

We take SSL seriously and your personal information and email address is stored under the safety net of our up to date SSL at all times.


Returns & Replacements

To return a product you need to submit a return request. Head to our Orders & Retruns page and follow the prompts to request a Return (also known as a RM). We will respond to your request within 48 hours and either ask for further information or we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (also known as an RMA) . Any unused, non-custom item purchased from us may be returned for a refund or an exchange in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind
  • Item is not what you expected
  • You purchased the wrong item and would like to exchange it

The following applies to our refund or exchange returns:

  • Postage costs are to be covered by the buyer
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, the buyer pays the difference
  • A 20% restocking fee applies
  • The definition of an unused skin kit is one that has not been removed from its backing sheet in any way

If you feel your order is faulty or defective...

  • take clear and focused pictures of the problem immediately ; and
  • notify us of the problem immediately, providing as much information as you can

Just like a regular retail store, online sellers need to see the item before a refund or replacement option can be considered. At NevSkins we try to make the process easier by requesting clear and focused pictures that clearly show us what the problem might be. We will only request the item be returned to us if absolutely necessary.

Please do not dispose of the product before taking pictures of it and contacting us. Throwing a product in the trash before receiving assistance from the seller is like throwing $$'s into the bin because you remove your right as a Consumer to reject the goods (for replacement or refund).

You may be required to return the product so keep it safe until the problem has been resolved in full please.

At NevSkins we strive to create a successful shopping experience for our customers by encouraging PayPal as a payment method as it is safe, easy to use and offers strong protections for both seller and customer. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal - ensuring that NevSkins never has access to a customer's sensitive payment details at any time.

Customer orders are not processed until full and cleared payment is received by NevSkins. Products are not placed into print production until full and cleared payment has been received.

Prices displayed on the NevSkins website are subject to change without notice. Once an Order has been accepted by Us and a Purchase Contract formed the price of the Product cannot be varied.

All prices listed on the NevSkins website exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed separately on orders/invoices and a delivery estimate can be generated by the customer prior to placing their order, within the NevSkins shopping cart
